Pre-School
Before starting at The Frantastic pre-school we would like to know a little more about your child, after contacting us please complete this All about me form and this Registration form for PRE-SCHOOL. These can be emailed back to us or given to the staff when you arrive.
Here are some of our policies to give you an idea of how we work with our children and families.
Breakfast and After School Clubs
Before starting with The Frantastic breakfast and after school Club we will need to know a little bit about your child, we have this All about me – after school club form for you to complete as well as this Registration form for Breakfast and After School club. These can be emailed back to us or handed in when you arrive.

The following contracts give some more information about schedule at breakfast and after school club as well as information about our pay policy and what to do if your child is absent from school. Every child will need to have a signed contract before they can start with us.

If your child is due to start Reception soon, and you are a Sefton resident, please click on the button below and complete the application form before 15th January.
